Rob van Es

Rob is the Chief Revenue Officer at GetReal, overseeing GetReal’s go-to-market team and strategy. Over the last 25 years, Rob has held various leadership positions in the DevOps, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity sectors worldwide, in which he built global enterprise software businesses, developed diverse go-to-market approaches, and led execution for both early- and growth-stage companies. As VP of Americas at Fortify, he helped establish application security as a dedicated industry, culminating in a successful acquisition and integration into HP Security in 2011. Born in the Netherlands, Rob has lived and worked across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the U.S., continuously introducing new technologies to emerging markets. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Faculty of Economics at Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
