Dr. Senthil Periaswamy

Senthil is the VP of Computer Vision and Machine Learning at GetReal, bringing more than two decades of experience translating advanced technologies into impactful real-world solutions. He leads efforts to apply forensic-grade AI and vision-based models to solve some of the most pressing challenges in content authentication and information integrity.  Prior to Get Real, Senthil held senior leadership roles in healthcare AI, including as Director of Commercial Data Science & AI at AstraZeneca and Vice President and Chief Research Scientist at iCAD, overseeing the development of FDA-cleared AI solutions for early cancer detection in radiology.  

He holds 15+ patents, has authored 30+ scientific publications, and has collaborated with top institutions including MD Anderson, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and the NIH.
