Jim Brennan

Jim is the Chief Product and Technology Officer for GetReal, where he leads all aspects of product strategy, development, and delivery. He brings more than two decades of experience in the development, management, and marketing of cybersecurity products and services.  

Jim joined GetReal from BetterCloud, where he served as the Chief Product Officer and led the company’s product organization through a period of sustained growth and the eventual majority ownership sale of the company to Vista Equity Partners.  Other notable roles include serving as Vice President of Product Management for IBM's Security Operations & Response portfolio and positions with Dell SecureWorks, Internet Security Systems, Red Hat, EMS Technologies, and the United States Department of Defense. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
